Addoley Dzegede and Lyndon Barrois Jr. present To Die For, their fourth joint exhibition. Deviating from their collaborative entity LAB:D, To Die For explores individual responses to a common subject. As a chromatic shift from their recently blue-focused Mercantile, To Die For features the color red as its central reference point, continuing their respective interests in material value, color, and cultural signification. Through a mixture of textiles, photography, and collage, the artists bring together motifs and iconography that denote sources of desire, luxury, and the often intertwined instances of violence and beauty.
